Floralia.....

well i don't have many flowers around me yet to take pictures of but i'm enjoying practicing on the few that I do have blooming so far!

no certain skill...

there was no certain skill involved in this snapshot of my daughter.  I've noticed this occuring for the past few days and tried to catch a picture of it but i'm never fast enough.  Well today it happened...i threw the memory card into the camera, threw it into auto mode and SNAP!  I finally got it! 

Our couch seems to have this affect on my daughter...

Randomnessesesesesess

We've had a nice relaxing weekend so nothing too new or exciting to report.  We did somehow manage to get like an inch of snow at the END of MARCH which is just reeeedonkulous!  I'm so ready for stupid Spring to get here!

Happy Birthday To Me!

I had a girl's "weekend" on Weds-Thurs for my birthday.  We took the kiddos and went to a hotel for the night to do some outlet mall shopping.  The kids had fun but were exhausted...which led to an equally exhausted mommy, gigi and aunts.  :)

Spring has finally sprung!!!

Spring has FINALLY sprung and I couldn't be more excited for it!  I can't wait to get this camera out and working on beautiful flowers and fields of green grass and tulips and my MIL's peonies!  BRING IT ON!

Zoo Day

We were absolutely BLESSED with a BEAUTIFUL day today.  I was off work and Joel took a day off so we could have a family day.  Kenzie was so excited to go to the zoo and talked about the giraffes and zebras and lions all morning.

Maternity Session

I had a chance to take some maternity photos for a coworker today.  She is such a happy and sweet soul and I wish her and her husband ALL the best with their new baby boy.  The pregnancy glow emits from this girl and you can tell how excited she is about her soon to be newborn!

Friends and enemies

Our friends came over today for some lunch and after hearing about the 'confrontation' between our boys in the nursery I was curious....the 'display' played out again this afternoon....

Family Session

I was honored today to take a few family snapshots for our Assoc.Pastor and his wife.  They are trying to adopt a child from overseas and needed some photos for their files so asked me to do the honors.  I admire what they are doing as a family in accepting a new child into their lives that otherwise may not have the opportunity to be so loved.  We enjoyed spending the afternoon with all of you guys and I hope you had a good time!
